the onsen/warm pool is absolutely lovely

for us it was also very nice that is an only adults place so we could relax and enjoy having time in the pool or a drink in the restaurant

we also enjoyed cooling off in the pool

amazing design of the room but also all the space around is unique spacious parking lot welcome drink :)

remodeled building, walking distance to downtown merida, great food at the restaurant, free parking

area were nice and the location is central, but if the fundamentals are missing - hot water and wifi - it makes it difficult to appreciate

water to fill up your empty bottles and also coffee, tea and some pieces from the bakery for breakfast

rooms are spacious, property is absolutely beautiful and that pool looked absolutely delightful

perfect place near the center, friendly and great breakfast! thanks!

although the pool is small, it is very refreshing and as it is an adults only property, the ambience was relaxed and quiet

the rooms (and reception area) were cool without being cold, plus the pool was a nice place to relax after being out in the sun

and every morning you are served an amazingly cooked breakfast, we never had a breakfast like that in a hotel

there were brilliant personal touches, such as the arrival drinks, the tequila/mezcal bar and homemade food, and neil and sara made every effort to give us great local tips
