the kitchen is small but functional, and it was great that the owners encouraged us to take our food

we got carrots in the morning to feed the deer nearby as she knew the kids would love that

great to have microwave, kettle etc and access to kitchenette

staff very friendly, hotel comfortable and bar great.

the vegetarian breakfast i had was very tasty

hotel is beautiful, the grounds are stunning and the kids play area is great

comfortable places to sit for a pint and watch the trio of curious deer that wandered into the parking lot twice during the week i was there

very accommodating and the right balance of good quality but not too fancy to go with kids

excellent breakfast and evening meal. staff lovely. service brilliant. will stay again.

absolutely all of staff were so friendly and exceptionally helpful - from bar staff, waiting staff, reception and the housekeeping staff
