no bar fridge for cold water but staff happy to provide ice in glasses

the bar and restaurant are very nice and excellent value for

also the senor who checked us in and also served food and drink at the bar was excellent

is good, room is clean and furniture is new, breakfast is cheap, tv is fine and it has free wifi

need more attention to detail in the cleaning and better wifi

clean cosy and wifi easy to find staff lovely and helpful.

nothing really. bit surprised the wine bar didn't have any sherry!

were friendly, location was great only a short walk to the main tapas and bar area

was great apart from one chef/waiter saying the bar was closed when we wanted coffee even though the sign said it was open

kids were running around the stairwell screaming all afternoon

modern, clean and comfortable bed. parking including ev charger.

the wifi signal is not very strong

they were accommodating of a late check out, and had ice packs for an injury to borrow

there is a bar just behind the reception area which serves breakfast from 7:00 if, like us, you are walking

right beside cathedral and food/shops and very close to bus station, laundry services and post

although i did not have a problem with this but they do not have a laundry service but there are laundrymat close to the hotel so it was not a problem

my 4th floor room had no wifi, had to go out in hall

location close to cathedral ad well as useful services, laundry, pharmacy and supermarket

we have inter communicated rooms so very convenient for our family of 2+ 2 kids
