some of the front desk staff, indoor pool windows could do with adressing

friendly staff; gaming area at night; breakfast, which includes the famous ham leg and some very good cheeses from serra da estrela (nice (+) i really enjoyed view during the breakfast - on the mountain and seia (+) the front desk worker saw that we missed breakfast so she brought us back to the lounge area and brought us out a bunch of different items (+) delicious breakfast and dinner (+) great breakfast, very comfortable and clean room and a fun games room to spend some time (+) we had a wonderful and delicious breakfast too (+) nice breakfast (-) maybe the breakfast could have a bit more local products but it did the job (-)breakfast was not good enough. just regular thing and same for all the time we stay.
big double bed, we fit 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) in the same bed, everything else was as very good price/quality

old house in a tiny village, simple but comfortable, very clean, excellent place to be with kids, family etc
