the thermal suite was so relaxing and the pool and jacuzzi were fab

the gym is very clean but limited

breakfast every morning was super entertaining with the new manager hes great craic altogether

the stunning views of the lakes. the extremely comfortable bed. the delicious breakfast.

maybe pool and gym are less than people expect at 5 star level

until the fourth time we requested them, to which a man delivered our robes at 11:15 at night (kids age 4)

the suite not cheap either for special occasion first time away in 7 years kids free jacuzzi didn t work no hot

of killarney town everything from beginning to end was excellent; food, service, staff, rooms, spa were all

so friendly covid precautions being taken great location for a jaunting car ride brilliant kids

wifi rarely works and phone coverage is nil .. so a bit of a pain on new year s eve
