only thing i didn't like was going into and out of the parking lot was it was so steep that my car scraped bottom

housekeeping did not pick up our previous nights room service dishes the next day.

everything was great except for parking. i ended up parking on the street.

room service and concierge never brought up anything requested, including towels and toilet paper

we really appreciate the free parking garage really gave that extra security

we had room service for breakfast as well, twice during our stay and enjoyed it very much

the restaurant/ bar on the premises was really nice and had an incredible view of the beach

sports bar was closed for renovations and we are not a big fan of the restaurant menu so we had to go find

treasure box for the kids was appreciated by my little ones

however kids were taking up the coffee bar when i was there, which is odd because they were like 10 years old

the pool and hot tub were functioning and were lovely to unwind in at the end of our outings

also, a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc

they provided an excellent hot breakfast-the best we had on our 2 week road trip

easy and close beach access, dvd movie selection, keyless entry, easy checkout, well stocked kitchen amenities , continental breakfast, cable tv and the fireplace heater

sraff told us of some updates in the works for the breakfast buffet area of the office as well as the access trail to the beach

a really nice bonus was the complimentary breakfast room service
