really friendly and welcoming staff on reception, bar and restaurant

the rooms were very quiet and the wifi worked well

great location close to city centre. everything clean and fantastic breakfast.

more importantly, it has a kids club

the casino is a fun thing to do and makes the atmosphere of the hotel interesting

lack of bar facilities outside of the casino.

was no bar linked to the hotel

the only thing that could have been improved was winning in the casino!!!!

the staff is super friendly, it also has a cool casino on the ground level and a cool bar where you can drink and eat
