there were a tremendous amount of children in the indoor pool running and screaming.

the kids swam and had fun before opening presents

very comfortable and nice location with subway and a bar/restaurant in the same parking lot

also they have breakfast from 6a-10a

there was a very nice bar and restaurant in the hotel, though we were not able to utilize either of them during our stay

amidst all this a load of drunk guests came from the pool into the lobby and bought beer

we spoke to others at the bar and they said they were told the same thing and find it very sketchy

swimming pool and jacuzzi was free to use and there is free parking

clean and staff was friendly especially the gentleman taking care of the breakfast area on 6/10

we did not use the fitness/ or pool but i did note the pool is acessable for all types of mobility issues

my room key card didn't work for the fitness room

customer service was poor. the lady at front desk was rude to my kids and i.

that it’s not a good for kids and the pool don’t don’t work and doors are broken

i liked that even during a pandemic, the in-room kitchen was fully stocked with the dishes we needed
