breakfast was decent (able to make your own waffle) with later hours on weekends (-)breakfast was subpar. (-)breakfast food was less then desirable (-)shower was a bit hard to decipher because the knobs are backwards, and the breakfast is not great, but overall, we were happy (-) breakfast room needs upgrades, awkward social media posters as decor, tables and decor felt thrown (-)very out dated and below par breakfast. (-) went down to get the breakfast and all there was avaible was a slice of toast (-)cleanliness,a viability of the staff was hit or miss,breakfast was a disappointing. (-)lights did not work in the room, the breakfast was lacking a lot was only danish and muffins (-) breakfast is a joke

breakfast was fine for our needs

to do an early morning howe caverns, 30-to-40 minute jaunt over to cooperstown and barnyard mini-golf and rail explorers

liked the couple games they had for kids to play

loud kids running around from a school trip.

there is no pool- the kids were disappointed

breakfast wasn't the best and the sheets were scratchy.

just had coffee as the kitchen area seemed unclean.

also when we were leaving the front desk employee helped and restocked breakfast accommodations it was awsome he did it with a smile the entire time i like to see people

we ate in the restaurant and had drinks in the bar and the staff were friendly, helpful, and quick

right on lake and right in town perfect location staff and breakfast and bar were

lakefront was breathtaking, the close proximity to everything, the restaurant and bar was great

the bar was already closed at 945 on friday. hours noted on bar had it open later on weekend.

and there is a restaurant, bar , boat tours, and boat/ kayak rentals at the marina on the grounds

d ) couch was old and broken room was hot , you were not

the wifi was spotty and shut down at times, and there was no desk as in classic hotels

hotel is on a one way street and parking was tight, also no coffee maker but there was coffee stores within walking distance and we

spacious and so close to everything with a dedicated parking space

breakfast was a little week.

we loved the hotel. we never did get in the pool. no fault of anyone's--we were just too tired.

the little swim area was good for the kids

there was a grassy area on the upper levels that my kids loved to play on and i felt safe

beautiful setting- room for the kids to run around- small beach area but enough to enjoy it

there was a small swimming area, which would have been great for our kids if we had the time to go

the staff, the amentites, the private swim area - perfect for little and big kids

the pool table took my money and didn’t work

loved the lake view. rooms were nice. pool and hot tub were very nice too.

we were very close to leatherneck 18 hole golf course and otsego, 9 hole , both fun courses

include the spa cost in the room rate - charging g extra just irritates a bit.

the breakfast was very nice with plenty fruit and cereal coffeee was very good
