well equipped kitchen and receiving a bootle of their own produced wine

superb and gave us a fabulous introduction to the area and lovely welcome food and drinks and breakfast provisions

location, close to the windmills nice and quiet village friendly hosts good breakfast restaurant las musas

room is very comfortable and we could use the gym as well

decent shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, bath robes and slippers, mini bar, black out curtains, complimentary drinks in the bar etc

the bar at the reception doesn't work all the time, at least when we arrived in the evening

bar was at room temperature

the mini bar in the room was handy for keeping drinks cold

room was hit with a humid moldy smell, the staff reception could have been more friendly, and the wifi required a voucher and sign in process, rather than a security code, which

slippery bath made shower hazardous. wifi very poor.

and there is no room service

spa is old, smells bad and is quite expensive

the staff was very friendly and helpful too and the room service for our breakfast was a pleasant surprise

the bar area is very nice too

bathrobes in our room, compared to the other paradores we stayed at earlier which didn't have spa/gym options

very good food in restourant as well as a good service in a bar on open air

the gym is not well fitted

the cloisters are now an extension of the bar where you can relax in the sunshine
