swimming pool was not open and it looked as though it had not been open for a long period

unbelievable good value for the night. excellent modern tapas bar round the corner.

breakfast was a little rudimentary and had to go to the bar to request coffee, which was very good

in the hotel bar they didn't understand what we talked about when asking for sherry, in spanish, jerez

one night, i realized i had forgotten to buy water, and upon discovering that the minibar in my room was empty (an oversight i wouldn't expect in a 4-star establishment), i went to the

wifi worked well

a little extra money we then got a perfect room with balcony overlooking the garden with swimming pool

what we liked the most was the outdoor restaurant with a very large open area and air castle for kids to play with, and friendly animators looking after the kids

the hotel staff don't speak english. swimming pool closing time at 7pm !!
