the photograph of the pool area has nothing to do with reality and that breaks the trust between me and the hotel

front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and room were clean, great breakfast options, and my bed was super comfortable

and this time i had to use the shuttle to get to the airport and it was a seamless process

the host was very accommodating. the shuttle to the airport was very helpful.

the breakfast was very well stocked and as things ran out they replenished very quickly.

the only suggestion/improvement i can think of is to have 12 and 15 lbs dumbbells at the gym

had a full hot breakfast and staff was accomodating.

they had a hot tub/jacuzzi, the pool was smaller-still cold (not hotels fault) but there was a big tree covering the pool-so didn't

convenient, price through booking agent, excellent breakfast choices and friendly staff.
