the room card didnt work for the pool/gym area, hotel staff had to let me in

gym equipment was dated and the treadmill was stuck on an incline (needed repairs)

had to wait 20 minuets, kids were tired and grouchy

they have laundry facilities, which we took advantage of

that i felt comfortable with my kids being able to go and get ice without me holding their hand

traveling with my son, wife and 2 little kids we wanted access

we didn't think the bar across the street would be a problem but it was very loud

closer to the west side of the hotel, as the south side area was apparently located by some crazy bar with questionable individuals prowling the area

loved the pool and jacuzzi.

restaurant and bar didn't seem to be open, but this was probably due to covid.
