pool dirty. hot tub filters full of hair and bottom disgusting. needs cleaned

while the parents sat drinking in the bar the children ran wild in the hotel disturbing guests, running into people and eventuallly

the side parking led straight into the pool so i had to deal with loud screaming kids splashing chlorine on

no buffet breakfast included. for those who do not have time or extra $15 for a sit down meal.

also, they had laundry facilities

the breakfast was hot and delicious, and the attendant was very sweet

staff is a great and friendly front desk attendee. beautiful hotel, good breakfast.

we also needed early check in and they were more than willing to help us out

thought the breakfast was good especially given the circumstances with covid

turkey or chicken for an option for breakfast.

bummed the pool was closed for renovation while we were there but overall our stay was good.

no bath-mat provided so we had to use a towel we got from the pool for that (not enough there either, especially by the late night)

always the property was ready for our stay, pool was clean and enjoyable for the kids and service was exceptional

the woods feel, was very quiet, included a great breakfast buffet, and the heated indoor/outdoor pool and hottub were absolutely perfect

speaking of security there are no security locks in your room, at night the parking lot lighting doesn't exist while walking my dog needed to use a flash light
