of all i made reservation for 4 days with me and my 2 kids when i made the reservation i said my son was 13 n the small one was 6 yrs old for some reason

smell in the room , they only had one bartender at the time in service for the bar in and out the pool making the wait too

room was right outside the bar by the pool

servers in the bar didnt want to prepare some drinks because i am not a foreign person

the snack bar of cooked food looked really poor quality & old
