breakfast excellent. pool,jacuzzi,sauna great. good value for money.

the room was great, early check in was available which was a bonus

poor wifi which made working quite difficult at times.

breakfast was cold rung room service one night 6 times answered then hung up

the spa was overcrowded with public not staying at the hotel and full of little kids

was only bar snacks for one night

the rooms were large, comfortable, and delightfully designed; the restaurant and bar were great, and the staff were absolutely superb - great, friendly service throughout

really good clean hotel with friendly staff and an all you can eat breakfast

bedroom stuck away around the back of the building. wifi hopeless

room service best ever always fantastic food and on time top notch

it didn’t have drambuie at the bar on this occasion, but that was a minor error.

and friendly staff, a wonderful bar with lounge chairs and a screen that looks like a fire (feels very cosy yet classy), massive

bar is open until late (midnight for guests)

the staff were genuinely lovely and the quality and choice of the food at breakfast was excellent

lift went to both reception/breakfast area and also the underground carpark which was a bonus when checking out

wished we had an oven in the kitchen too but it wasn't big deal at all

and safe accommodation, access to gym and closeness to the sea and shops was a bonus

two double rooms and a kitchen and bathroom

place for me and 2 kids to stay for a couple of days

- lovely surprise - and had a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom, sitting / dining room, kitchen and bathroom

the hotel wifi was so bad on our

very pleasant staff, good food, excellent bar service and choices.

wifi in the rooms is dismal

really enjoyed the spa and kids play area

excellent laundry service at extra cost
