clean, large room with kitchenette.

met our needs as to outside entrance, hot water with great pressure, mini kitchen with a sink

needed towels or paper towels in the kitchen.

enjoyed the living and kitchen area

swimming pool was unheated the day we were there

due to sub-zero temperature, and our late arrival, parking spaces were full

closeness to ski hill. breakfast was good. hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

i was disappointed just because we did pick that room for the spa bath

we got caught in a rainstorm one day and were happy to see the hotel had a laundry facility where we could dry our clothes (for a few quarters)

room service did not ever pick up the food trays outside of our room over a 3-day period

previous day room service plates were left in the hallway from check in to check out

we were so close to one pool and that was a lot of fun for the kids

the hidden pet fee seal around shower leaked resulting in a very wet bathroom floor

it was nice to see that there was a gym and even though there is a pool, there was no overwhelming smell of chlorine as there often is

daughter loved the pool but it could have had a hot tub

it was like sleeping on a piece of wood hardest bed ever the people above us either had kids or dogs cause non stop jumping on and off the bed very thin floors could hear walking running
