spa experience was canceled last minute- was an important reason we chose this resort so very

clean, friendly, and close to restaurants. spa is also plus but pricey for some treatments.

called and left a message at the spa and never received a return call, yet i was charged a $35 (+tax) resort fee

like that the manager at fairfield inn recognize that he had a big group of kids in his hotel for the weekend
