great breakfast, lovely swimming pool

the staff are so friendly and welcoming. the food is amazing and the golf course is excellent

wifi very bad in room

we had room service and ate at the hunters yard restaurant nothing really stood out

we ate dinner in hound restaurant 2 nights- really good kids menu and full vegan/vegetarian menu available too which is nice

great bar food for young & old

exceptional couldn't do enuf for us duty manager daniel went above and behind his duty to get parking for us on our arrival bar staff lovely especially

kids decided to stay last minute, reception staff upgraded our room with no problem

unfortunately, i did not have time to try the swimming pool and the gym

reception, housekeeping, room service, everyone is absolutely fantastic and an absolute credit to the hotel

great choices for breakfast, one of best ive had at an irish hotel

they gave the kids a selection box on arrival which they were thrilled with

we got room service for two of the mornings 1st one was perfect the 2nd was brought up by a member of

river view, quiet at night, excellent staff, convenient location to city, good food, free secure parking

shower in the room could do with up grade and probably ad some more choice to the bar food

its to far out from waterford city and no facilitys for kids

hotel was very nice and room modern and spacious for us and 2 small kids

things calmed for a while when some of the kids left (for bed, we thought) but they returned in their pyjamas and sat around in groups on the

the spa was a delightful place to relax, refresh, and rejuvenate

inside, the guesthouse was very spacious, clean, with fully up-to-date kitchen and bathroom

most notable were: the modern kitchen stocked with yummy breakfast items; cozy & comfortable bed and sitting area; and beautiful

bar and restaurant area tastefully decorated

we arrived we asked them for early check in and they accept it again for check out we asked for late check out and they accept it the manager and the staff was really nice

intothe night 4am :( that was the only thing i did not lilke i would suggest placing guests with kids etc in other quieter part of hotel and maybe other party going guests in the rooms where there

my kids love to swim and there is pool walking distance from the hotel

and had to walk around while waiting to check in or an option 5/ 10 for early check in or late check out

kalyan was on my room service she s a dote as a matter of fact your staff are warm friendly and nothing was a

perfect location, great staff and swimming pool/ gym were great. breakfast was ok

was central, receptionist welcoming, swimming pool & leisure facilities excellent, family

parking was plentyful even though the hotel was pretty busy

rooms were fabulous loved the bathroom especially, breakfast was lovely

gym / spa, but it's not a big deal

the pool, the jurassic newpark, were the highlights of our trip
