beautiful garden with a pool large palapa and river view

the breakfast is fantastic!

hotel needs to be renovated, staff not very attentive during breakfast.

i had my reservations with breakfast included and had to speak with two different people to have my

breakfast excellent, good taste.

room service was very good

easy access, safe parking, nice clean room, hot water and comfortable bed

room service 24 hours with order ahead breakfast too was great

nice property, friendly staff, secure parking, fair pricing, and pet-friendly.

there was a security guard outside in the early morning, so presume the parking was secure

minor detail but phone buttons to front desk and room service didn't work.

the gym hasn't very good equipment

too many in the pool

on the bright side we order room service and the lady on the phone was really nice and attentive and the food was ok
