very nice family operating the facility, the pool and hot tub clean and never crowded, a lot of times we had it to ourselves

the outdoor pool was an added bonus for the kids and the playground area with a fire pit and other yard games was an awesome amenity as well

everyone was extremely friendly! nice place with room for kids to run and play!

the kids had a great time and so did we

nice paved patio out back for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife plus a playground for the kids

breakfast was good

great value for money with kitchenette, tub, fireplace, balcony, continental breakfast (great coffee) - and dog friendly

they had a good breakfast, and we ate on their patio which looked over the channel

only downside was the kitchen area for the continental breakfast was right outside our door.

kitchen was a fully loaded with the necessities

like kids had cheeto hands and wiped all over

also, laundry machines were out of order

had a game room for kids but mostly junk claw games you can’t win

clean and updated. the breakfast was good. nice location

the pool area is beautiful
