warm breakfast, clean and dark room for sleeping, location, gym, good hotel for the price.

many amenities were not functioning, e.g. gym equipment and ice machines.

i liked having a late check out.

i liked that they had a pool and gym. they were close to where we needed to be.

the pool was packed and the hot tub was full of kids, pool area was extremely dirty

there was a morning breakfast which had eggs, cereal, pancakes, hash browns and all different kinds of fruit

pool area and other areas i don’t feel are large enough to handle the capacity of the hotel

the gentleman working the bar was on top of his game with a fun personality

early coffee (before 6) bar was a plus

the bar is fantastic! the beds are comfortable and love the heated floors in the bathroom!

chose valet service and the valet was very helpful and also provided shuttle service with a smile

great staff. friendly and helpful. got a free ride into town in their shuttle.

(+)how there was direct access to the elevators from the outside and the pool area was so much fun! (-)no towels in the pool area when we got out of the hot tub. bar closes early. (+)liked the swimming pool and it was in an area of town with lots of things to do (-)check-in we were surprised to be told that the pool was closed
