beautiful architecture!! and the bar was lots of fun with the fabulous bartender!

bed was very uncomfortable, no kitchen as advertised, difficult to get sheets changed daily

clean, spacious and with full kitchen equipment

the view was amazing and the kitchen was a plus especially traveling with in a group

also the pool was very refreshing and large pool towels were supplied

owner went out of his way to help me with laundry and also guided me to a good point to enjoy the lake

pet fee was $20, no hassle about breed or demeanor

it was quiet & relaxing. there was no additional fees for boat parking & charging boat batteries

filthy seating area outside ice maker room and questionable permanent residents hanging out in parking lot

the spa services were unique and top notch

from the gorgeous wine country location, to the top notch customer service, to the 5-star spa/gym/pools - we already cannot wait to return again

we were disappointed there was no kids club or really any kids activities around the resort

although there is a small pool and hot tub at the back area which kids like well enough

the cocktails at pico bar were delicious

the bar staff was also super attentive
