no outdoor pool

my birthday, we decided to splurge on a king suite with a spa tub

camilla’s for breakfast, hot tomato for lunch

there were plenty of options to choose from at breakfast

her empty food bowl was completely swarmed with hundreds of ants that came out of a crack in the spa tub in the room

we stay here every year. it's always spic and span the pool is always clean and open.

provided excellent customer service by allowing me early check in and a room that was convenient for keeping my bicycle in the room

it's pretty much no frills but there is fast food and other restaurants walking distance, laundry, pool, front desk, bike wash (didn't use it but noticed it) and basic breakfast

personnel, included breakfast with waffles, very accommodating for a family

the staff was absolutely azing! the rooms were clean, the pool was nice, it was a great stay!

i wish the pool and hot tub were open 24/7

the staff charged a $100 deposit and an additional $20 pet fee upon arrival

was refunded after check out, the room was quite ghetto compared to the pictures on the site, the spa tub was located in the main room instead of privately in the bathroom, i needed to plug my cpap

and in the evening they have a nice restaurant and bar connected to their facility

the shuttle service to the airport was the deciding factor

here on 2 occasions and the room i had the first time was across hall from laundry facility

also, it was frustrating the pool wasn't open for the kids to swim

the location and the free breakfast was a huge plus. hotel employee was wonderful!

sausage links at breakfast were not the best but the kids did enjoy most of the stuff offered

also, it was very convenient that there was a laundry on site, even though only a small one

friendly, the views from the room were great, almost no hallway noise as others left for the day, room service, the restaurant and bar service was excellent and the pool was very clean

no pool no change for the vending machines. no smoking rooms

no complaints. the pool was green and not usable but not a big deal.

have been nice if the pool was clean and functional and the a/c went out when we were there, but they gave us a fan that

i liked that there was a laundry room for guests, and i liked the coffee
