yes very disappointed that the pool and fitness center was not open.

when ask for extra towels due to long hair an kids they acted like they didn't have enough

staff very friendly. room was clean. breakfast was good. parking was good. location was quiet.

coin operated laundry was an added bonus, we didn’t have to pack too much and were able to clean wet clothes
