room service would be useful. a better desk to work at would be nice for me. faster wifi too.

my only complaint was the golfers walking by our window regularly.

room service was really good

all the staff at reception and the bar were pleasant and helpful

- could gear the flush from the room next door really clearly and people in the corridor/kids crying

breakfast was lovely too and there is also a lovely little pub about 3 doors down

as a couple with kids at home we expected to be able to have a bit of fun but the bed was so rickety we had to take

option for late check out was great, as i felt unwell. bed was very comfortable.

is exceptional, the location is close to all of the shops etc and swimming pool was great the kids loved having a pool at the hotel which the enjoyed on both days

small bottles of water to the room and it came to nearly 10 because of the water costs and the room service charge - i felt this was a bit on the expensive side for water

pizza in room service was poor so would not eat at hotel again

but luckily we wasn't in the room to much so hopefully didn't disturb the people below with the kids running around

the bar being closed early after we were told it was open till 11pm
