it was clean, nice, pretty, in a safe part of the city and very complete (pool and gym).

the gym, which i used twice, is great, it has the equipment to have a good session

the pool is closed, the air conditioning unit extremely noisy

wanted a hotel with a relaxing pool and air conditioning and where my emotional support dog was welcome

breakfast did not impress me

the staff qt the parking lot is not as helpful as they can be, and in fact you cannot park yourself

hotel has good location and good parking lot, also reception has good service

they also told me the advertised gym was closed - but after i argued they let me use it

staff are super friendly and the breakfast bar was perfect for our needs

location was ideal, safe parking inside a plaza a clean room and the included breakfast was better then i expected, when it is included it normally is just tea bread and cereal,

also, booking description for gym is not quite accurate, it's good fitness centre, but no weights as stated

there was a lot of noise from the pool. it started at 7am

swimming pool is big and deep in one section which i love - bar at the pool very nice - staff friendly and attentive - great value for money

location and spacious rooms, a nice pool with a pleasant garden, nice views of the mountains
