wifi is spotty by the pool view rooms

rude staff, below average breakfast, awful room service and appalling and overpriced food

the access to the gym and sauna from the parking, the turkish bath was out of service that time

breakfast was very good, the pool, and the room and facilities were all very good

the hotel has a gym, it's not to fancy but still a nice surprise for this price!

the products available at the pool bar were very limited

all the pools for the family are superb including the one at the rooftop bar which is for adults only

the kids water park was closed during the week so we weren't able to use it

everything was in easy walking distance and the view of the castillo from the roof terrace and pool was amazing

with tour ideas / queries / bag storage great location/not too noisy great a/c and wifi pool to cool down / large terrace juan valdez next to lobby the on-site massage (post red-eye (+) lastly, the wifi worked for what we needed it including some streaming in the room and there were ample (+) room had a comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and wifi worked well (+) wifi was not available throughout the establishment, but breakfast, the charm of the decor and (-)wifi was not available everywhere in the hotel. (-)wifi was very spotty (-) wifi was awful

room and bathroom were on the smaller side and pool was not very big but it did have an amazing view
