friendly staff, i arrived early and my room was ready one hour before, anyway i could stay at the breakfast room where is available for guests coffe or tea offered by the hotel

walk into town felt very long sometimes - it would be good to have a shuttle service into town available regularly

kitchen annex very small, no room for food preparations, but it is doable :)

cooktop and refrigerator in the kitchenette work well

nice, comfortable rooms with kitchen and amenities! free airport shuttle as well!

dinner at bar is wonderful

nice restaurant and bar within the hotel

either taxi or shuttle bus will work

the hotel wifi was poor but it is the same quality throughout greenland.
