the swimming pool is excellent

the pool/spa was large for a hotel

staff were very friendly, the beds and room extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and the entire hotel was spotless

breakfast was top of the line too, best hotel breakfast i have ever had

each hotel i booked for him, let him use the pool or gym if his room was not ready or it was too early to check in

nice hotel about 20 min from seven springs ski resort. clean, quite and breakfast was good.

the bar doesn’t open till 9 pm

i had the bar lock on thank god but that was ridiculous n my safety was not took serious nobody did anything

in my room the shower didn't work and the bathtub stopper didn't work i wasn't able to giv3 my kids a bath nor was i able to shower myself and that was the case for both rooms that i
