had a little mishap in parking lot with another guest hitting our trailer, owner squared it away in just a few minutes

in the write-up there was no disclosure of a pet fee/charge until we arrived and was charged an additional $25
understand that most hotels charge a pet fee these days, and $10 is not much, compared to other places
the room was comfortable and clean, pet fee was only $10
parking lot was not busy so i could park moving truck with ease.

pool needed to be clean. it felt like slim at the bottom of the floor. water was very very cold.

i was looking forward to the pool but it was down for maintenance the entire time.
heater to the indoor pool was broken, so it was like taking a polar plunge
