the pool area was nice

of the rooms would benefit from updating, especially in bldg k, and the bar building needs updating

great location, friendly staff, bar and restaurant on property!

we went to the resort bar every evening and had amazing drinks

got a rum punch at the bar which way way too sweet, almost undrinkable

very beautiful i love the pool area, saw dolphins for the first time in the wild it was amazing

i did not visit the on site casino or movie theater so i cannot comment on those

in the lobby, patio full of cockroaches, pool was out of service, place seemed run down, paid parking

was disappointing and it was a shame that the bar wasn t open on our first of two visits

the wifi was very slow

stopped working and we had to move to a different room then, the wifi stopped working

that the bar area was nit open on our visit.

vino tinto restaurant & bar provides the very thoughtful introductions of the hotel and excellent foods

ordered room service

room service was fast and the food was good, very large portions

room was so exceptionally clean, the restaurant had nice menu offerings, i ordered room service and my food came in less than a half hour
