wifi was an extra cost and this was not explained when making reservations or when checking

there was old food and hair stuck on the bed sheets, room was freezing and heater didn't work, wifi didn't work, mud or poop was on the floor, shower was brown and had mildew, the hot water

the parking lot and the sidewalk had alot of trash.

and there were some shady characters, who looked like homeless people, walking around the parking lot and the hotel grounds

pool was contaminated,for a late check out property charged $20

rooms were comfortable. pool facility great. tv service great.

a room full kids i mean went to the supervisor the next morning

do not stay here especially if you have kids

of the door ti the gym is not working but no sign saying, please use the other door so i had to go back and forth to

lady didn't have a room available le when we showed up at 1140 am so she gave us a key to pool

it to motel, had to wait in line while clerk folded laundry

it had all the amenities like hair dryer, microwave and fridge, as well as laundry and ice machines outside the room

the service- staff. the room. the pool and jacuzzi . the breakfast. the laundry.

needs bigger laundry facilities. and pool area could be a little bigger.

which was nice since we were traveling with kids and you never know if you might need something

the guest laundry was very clean and it is so nice to have it available

the outdoor pool was inflowing hot water during very hot weather in august.

pool and jacuzzi was dirty. trash and area was not cleaned up

informed us of all amenities, ie pool wifi and even discount at local restaurant

had hard time connecting to wifi! bad signal strength.

i called to inquire about parking and then again at check in, the staff was very, very friendly
