receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, the lady serving at breakfast was absolutely brilliant and so chatty and warm

bathroom had seperate shower and bath room and bathroom were spotless entertainment in the bar that evening was excellent breakfast was

public areas, restaurant and bar were very pleasing

friendly helpful staff in reception and bar great location comfortable rooms

food in the bar was excellent, as was the breakfast

loved the ev charging spots, facilities on site were good.

weren't informed that the kids' pool wasn't open for the 2 days we stayed and brought our baby daughter here for her first

gym and pool a bit dated.

property spa was the best part of the stay especially marina in spa she did brilliant job- very impressed

having the swimming pool and gym made our stay even better

kids loved the breakfast and pool facilities as did the parents

i also visited the spa for a treatment and i have to say it was one of the best massages and facials i have had the

cane and made sure i got a convenient seat at the restaurant-- and when i didn't make it down to breakfast the next day, they called my room and offered to bring it to me

we really loved the place - the staff were fab, breakfast was gorgeous and the whole atmosphere was very , very relaxing

place was fabulous, so much to do - bar, restaurants, spa, gym, swimming pool, tennis, golf, beautiful gardens, walks, just to name a few things

staff were all lovely to deal and speak with, lovely pint also had bar staff very well mannered , breakfast was also lovely , sorted the head right out

also bar staff were rude when enquiring about food & said room service was still available which reception then told us it wasn t

place to relax, two nice pools, relaxation rooms also, saunas, gym

from the car park a little too slow to wait, so we walked from the parking to the hotel reception
