the pool that i was told was still open was closed down

very easy to get to & ample parking

parking lot was covered with cigarette butts and random trash

everything about the hotel was great- the room, the location, the staff and the breakfast.

pool area was a little small on the weekend (5 weddings with family and friends made it overcrowded

room service knocked to service room even though do not disturb sign on

the shuttle to different stores was a huge plus

was double charged for my room service meal but it was quickly remedied once i brought it to the attention of the front desk

parking was difficult sometimes with convention center.

the website it said their was room service , we had to go ask for a menu and them had to go down and get the food ourself
