i'll be back with the wife and kids

we enjoyed the clean and well maintained pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and spa facilities

the wifi was really bad

facilities and staff were amazing, the room was beautiful, breakfast excellent and bar staff very attentive and friendly

parking on site with no extra cost

and helpful staff (special mention for lee in reception) nice, clean room great gym and facilities delicious

i have 2 autistic kids who have me awake all hours of the night every single night

there was a fan but the room was very warm with two kids with us too

staff made our stay even better, kids loved the pool,bouncing castle and kids club was brilliant

the facilities were very good and outside area is excellent if you got the weather pool and gym ran well during the covid

there is no welcome pack in the room so details such as wifi password etc you have to ask a staff member for

kids running up and down hallway without supervision

the room was spacious and clean and room service was prompt

buffet for breakfast would be better but service was quick most of the time

this seems to be caused by a lack of management, the restaurant and bar being run by kids, no disrespect to them but they needed leadership

rooms were very clean and breakfast offered a very good choice

was amazing attending a wedding breakfast selection next day was fantastic staff were very friendly and efficient could not fault

was not shown where the gym and the swimming pool was in the hotel as that would have been a great deal to the customer it would not take much

the breakfast service was also very well run, staff were so friendly and also the a 3 tier cake platter

3m deep) as most kids under ten would be out of their depth

is massive it has several sitting lounges, several restaurants, acres and acres of grounds, a gym, spa, pool, etc etc

not ideal on a couple night away from kids

i felt there could be a wider variety on menu in the kitchen bar.food in golf club excellent

so peaceful - very few kids the walks, the bike hire, the pool all just fabulous
