pool was closed due to algae problem

clean, nice staff, complementary breakfast

the breakfast was very delicious

breakfast was good. location was perfect plenty of shops, restaurants etc nearby.

updated clean rooms. breakfast buffet was adequate. staff was friendly and helpful.

also, i was looking forward to a swim, but there was no indoor pool

breakfast offerings were extremely limited: microwave waffles, prepackaged muffins, and milk.

pool was great, breakfast was yummy, the front desk lady was very friendly

the friendly staff. no long wait for the elevator or for breakfast.

leave from the other rooms, beside and above as well from the table right under my window at the pool deck was unbelievable

the towels were still damp from laundry and i didn’t have any rags

sized room with everything you need (wifi, fridge, coffee machine, ironing board and iron, walk in closet space, ac (-)access the wifi from my room- tried to connect to wifi but couldn't access the closest signal (wouldn't show

albany is not much to do but it was a nice stopover place, there is a small bar where you can enjoy a drink or a small bite

parking was too close and the pool was closed to some but open to the family reunion which took

the facility needs more space for parking. bigger vehicles take up 2 parking spaces.

on the day of check out, our room was directly across from the staff laundry room, a big mistake, the staff loud & very unprofessional

the pool was clean and a hotel key was required for entrance or exit

although wifi was free i really didn t need it with my plan

having a simple complimentary breakfast bar would have been great

didn t like anything because we arrived early and they didn t allow early check in

well i actually thought they had an inside pool because on line that s what i saw.
