the bed spread, stains in toilet, fridge was not on, room was hot, no signal on most channels, no pool, no breakfast, room hgad a lingering smoke smell but was no smoking

i loved everything about the westin hotel. the food was delicious and the spa was superb!

the gym was clean and well equipped

every thing was beautiful, clean, comfortable! i loveddddddd the breakfast & the spa the most!

incentive i let them know it was my bday they gave me 24 hour access to the lil snack and mini bar on the 10th floor

thankfully my kids slept through it because we had the white noise app going

friendly and helpful staff with signing in and the valet service. room service was great.

i had to come out of pocket for additional things such as parking fee, breakfast for me and my kids and the room was not clean prior to my arrival

the ice machine was broken. the breakfast was a honey bun and coffee. i am diabetic.

make sure they had towels needed in rooms but not this hotel it look like they didn't even have a laundry attendantbto wash from the looks of it the room attendants was the ones to do the washing

the rear sidewalk next to the pool is pretty narrow for entering and exiting the hotel building, particularly with luggage

the pool was dirty, only 1 ice machine worked, and the breakfast was over about 8 instead of 9.

ran out of jelly and food was low on friday and the pool could have been alil cleaner had leafs in it

they should give everyone a refund since there’s a laundry list of complaints

no real spot for dogs to do business except along side the main road 2- had a reservation for 2 kids and 2 adults
