ie you cant go from 2nd floor to 1st floor lobby using stairs, stairways take you outside to parking lot
did not get to use nice indoor pool or complimentary breakfast, but area looked well stocked
18 wheelers and large vehicles on parking lot taking up space
we would have liked it if they had a continental breakfast.

we/re here due to hurricane ida and she accomadated my family as well as allowed us a early check in so we wasnt in the car in the heat with the baby

it seemed very clean. the pool and hot tub and gym were nice.

the need to have to purchase premium wifi with some devices. high chlorine level in the pool
it was under construction, no pool or gym. they started hammering before 8 am.

was surprised to see that the pet fee was charged for a service dog.
pool needs to be open later during holidays, weekends, spring break, and other times of the year kids are out of school
it was perfect for our family we could stay up when the kids went to bed and it was close to restaurants
