the pool and hot tub looked great but i didn't take advantage of them

very friendly and patient bar tender, some tough customers there that night

the breakfast nook was adequate but it only provided a toaster on the weekend

breakfast was perfect everything you needed.

gym is in a very poor condition.

the staffs are very helpful and very friendly and especially we all like their breakfast，the lady working there is very efficiency

also there was a hockey tournament so kids in the hallway yelling and running until late and also people in their rooms very loud until

shower head was not working breakfast area kids were making waffles and no room to get juice or eggs and bacon

comfy beds. very easy check in and out. free breakfast. great stay.

would like to see more variety at the continental breakfast

the room carpet needs to be clean thoroughly. families with kids are really concerned about it.

chipped everywhere and there was a dog barking for 2 hours straight until 9pm and with 2 small kids that sucked

coffee was good, the staff was very nice and helpful just super busy weekend ends with tons of kids

kids were hungry for so many hours

morning run next to the lake garden followed by breakfast at the hotel patio with the view was amazing

of covid-19 room service was suspended

i love the hours of the whirl pool and hit tub. our room was so spacious

did not have to pay for parking

parking extremely convenient beautiful location pet friendly very comfortable good food just a

wifi signal was weak, bed was hard.

till we paid for our room to tell us that there was no wifi after all and our heater didn't work the entire three days

easy parking right by the door

the grounds and parking area were unkempt and not inviting

i was in the last room farist from the office. the wifi did not work.
