bar took 17min to find a wine bottle opener to pour me a glass of wine

did not know there was a parking lot at the back, probable if a sign could be put at the front to direct guests for

i can't stress enough that there was not enough parking and renovations were also being done and the contractors were taking about 4-5parking spots

i was directed to get hot water from the fitness room, but it was just luke warm, not good for making tea

was traveling with my service dogs yet still was charged pet fee, was then given a room that was disgusting: poo and pee stains on the carpet, dirty bed

the ac was not turned on, the beds were dirty, there were flying insects in the room and my kids woke up with bug bites on them

they also had a neat machine to make pancakes where even kids could watch their pancakes being made

they offer free breakfast, and even though i didn’t eat anything it smelled wonderful

ac wasn't working n lobby or cafeteria...it was hot...pool had not opened so kids couldn't swim
