location and staff are fabulous - our room overlooking the pool was lovely we would ask for it

the ice cream parlour next to reception was a win with the kids and the restaurants close by a win with the

wifi available in reception for our teenagers

they are working on upgrading all rooms and extending wifi too as it's only available in reception

i liked the hotel buffet breakfast

a fabulous size outdoor pool also a small indoor pool enough for a few lengths early morning

nice place, big room, swimming pool, really goog brakfast and small supermarket on site

very nice swimming pool area and a bar for drinks and bites

reason why this is not a 10/10 is the wifi did not work anywhere in the hotel

downside would be some of the spa facilities weren t working and the spa could do with being updated

upon our arrival it was explained us where the restaurants, spa, gym were located

additionally, we were not told about the free shuttle service to get to the restaurant and free gym hour

very good price are included: new and comfy room with fridge, microvawe and other stuff, sauna, gym and two waterpools

the food and drinks at the pool bar were good too

and given the pricey room tags, the clientele was mostly in their 40's + - families with kids or mid-career professionals

there are 2 swimming pools - one for kids, the second one is for kids+adults

was a trip for spa in winter , but no hot pool over there , only sauna over there

booked a set time for 4 of us in the spa thinking there were limited spaces allowed

lots of space, kitchen decently equipped - could easily make your own breakfast, dinner etc, 3 aircons

i enjoyed the bar as well

in the gym 6 kids under 12 came in and treated it like a park

when we opened the door to our room, we were greeted with a stunning view of the gardens and the pool
