the determining factor in our stay was the very reasonable pet fee in comparison with other springfield properties

overnight staff was rude, he gave out our information to people and the laundry closet had dead bugs on the mattress

the heater in pool hasn’t worked last 2 visits

asked for a late check out without any additional charges this last check in was a little problematic

kids in the pool area were horrible loud i had 2 little granddaughters with me and the bigger kids

the breakfast hot food you had to wait for hot food to come out.

pricey. breakfast wasn’t great and they didn’t keep it stocked.

a bit of a walk to get to the pool in adjacent property but nice overall

it was nice that the pool was open, my grandkids really enjoyed that after a long day in the car

there was a dog in the pool when i went swimming and it was a pit bull that claimed was a service dog which clearly wasn't

roaches and not enough towels for 2 people. they advertise pool but it's not available.

the floor we stayed on stunk like a kitchen in an indian restaurant, don't get me wrong; i love love indian cuisine, but yikes it was

very nice fitness center, dinner and wine certainly a plus

whole reason we stay with drury is because great staff, amazing dinner and breakfast and my favorite the complimentary drinks for adults
