the pool was ice cold and was very uncomfortable for many people that were trying to swim

reception desk allowed for a late check out - which was needed because my daughter’s college commencement from siu was not

there was also a continental breakfast served between 6 and 9 am which was above and beyond being continental, in my opinion

the restaurant and coffee bar were an added bonus

we loved the pool area! especially since it was open until midnight!

not to mention the restaurants are all closed and the fitness center/pool/etc was not open yet

spa staff was amazing

my kids enjoyed the pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub

the pool was clean & the only hotel with a pool around the area

the gym was adequate; however, there was no remote for the tv

were even nice enough to allow him to join us for the breakfast buffets and use of the swimming pool

it was clean and updated. the pool was open, comfortable beds.

the bar that is connected has good food, wine and service

cheapest cereal for kids it’s not an option too

hot side of breakfast could have been better. eggs not great.

my floor was quiet but my friends heard kids running up and down the halls all night, so not soundproof
