trash all over parking lot

no breakfast no coffee no vending no ice trash and debris everywhere parking lot full of junk burned out car in front of my room no refunds bed was horrible

parking lot was dirty,we had to be moved cause tv,microwave and fridge did not work

breakfast was good, lots of choices, food was right temperature, cafe was clean and well stocked

under construction pool shut down

the breakfast was hot and delicious

we were told the hottub and pool were out of service and they had no laundry facilities.

when i booked the stay i did not see anything about the pool not being available
