trees and plants the atmosphere is amazing the room is modern and super clean theirs a swimming pool and theirs a roof just in case it rains you can still go inside the swimming pool

water in outdoor pool is too hot

spect much, tiny place, tiny pool like for one person or few children, hudge restaurant terrace, rooms are not cozy at all, in

inexpensive to take a rickshaw-type taxi into town, and wonderful to come back to cool off in the pool, afterwards

pool is very mini, quite the size of my dorm room as a

jacuzzi with really hot water and nice pool

pool and jacuzzi need maintenance, the roof in one of the rooms was really low and the property

is really spotty, but this is not why you come so i understand why they do not invest in better wifi

property, great spa and nice rooms mirador especially has an incredible view of the

poor wifi signal, and restaurant menu should have more option

attention was great all around from staff to the continenta breakfast , it's really a total retreat

garden, lovely pool, jacuzzi and facilities and the hotel is much more cozy than the pictures show

the pool was not clean

comfortable bed, open shower, speaker system to listen to your own music (even in the bathroom), wifi, tv with (+)walk to tepoztlan central; comfortable and spacious room with large balcony and sofa; good wifi; extremely comfortable mattress (-)the wifi was spotty but worked.

all staff was super helpful and specially janet from the spa service was great

delightful terrace, a cozy nook for the pool and jacuzzi

the swimming pool was too small and water needed change in my opinion.

the wifi also did not work at all only worked for about 5 min and would no longer work
