poor wifi in room. pool.was closed

2yr olds birthday party had music blaring out all day from the bar and garden area

breakfast not included/ with my room

breakfast was great and the location was centrally located

bar closes too early, no beer after 10pm

we requested room service due to mobility issues, to avoid going up and down stairs for meals, we were told that

clean rooms, good bed, good gym. some staff very friendly, others very not.

weekend can be little noisy because of the bar in the same hotel the area around the hotel is not safe at night extra care should be taken

the bistro restaurant and bar downstairs is amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful

on weekends, when the room is on the south side, there is lots of nuisance from the music from a bar next doors

was ok toast and tea, the only thing i like was the lady in the kitchen and the older gentleman at night

my room i had to ask for it a few days later, the games room that was advertised was locked, the bar never opened, the breakfast was very poor, there were too many stairs to climb to get to the

oh i almost forgot the continental breakfast it s made fresh daily to order thank you ladies and sir for the fresh juice and cheese

hotel 10/10 received the best service , the rooms was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, i would recommend anyone and also my family members to stay at this hotel it

something was wrong with the filter in the pool so we couldn’t get to use it. but next time!
